  • I bought one of their six drawer malm dressers and while I was building it, like an idiot I somehow punctured the top part of the dresser. The part that everybody sees. I was so depressed I thought I had literally just ruined the entire dresser, but I figured it was worth a shot to bring it back in and maybe they would help me out. I had already built the entire dresser and definitely am not strong enough to carry it completely built all the way down two flights of stairs and into my car nor would it fit in my car. So I decided to bring just the top part that had been busted. I figured they would laugh me out of the building. Instead to my shock and surprise they gave me a new top to the dresser didn't even ask for the receipt and gave me all the little parts and pieces to put the top of the dresser back on. They gave me no issues whatsoever and were very pleasant so now my dresser looks perfect and I didn't have to build it twice!and everybody knows building IKEA furniture even once it is not fun nor a small feat lol.
