The "New" rooms are terrible. Linoleum floor that is so loud you can hear the people above you shoes/heels clicking!
It's like a bad IKEA display in here. I stay at Hotels 150 days a year. For a downtown attempt at luxury this is bad.
Terrible for business travel. No desk, no real work surface but an oversized TV tray. A lot of clunky furniture that is not useful but sort of modern. No desk type chair. To work you need to sit at a poor couch or sit under your TV. Which the bench under the TV is an absolutely terrible idea! Just a big box with a cushion on it. The side table is a large box with no apparent use but to fill space.
Just a poor design all around. Definitely not for business travel.
I won't be coming back to this hotel.
Stinks since I am points chaser!
If it's a good price - it's fine!
