There are lots of great places to eat in Las Vegas. The Paradise Cafe had a $20 seafood buffet that many patrons seemed to be enjoying. We decided to dine off the menu. We're were promptly taken to our table and as I sat down I couldn't help noticing the empty soup bowls on the next table. After a nice conversation with a young couple and their friend they highly recommended the Oxtail Soup. They mentioned that often come to Paradise Cafe just for this soup. I wasn't disappointed! It was a hearty & delicious soup with a wonderful Filipino/Hawaiian flavor that satisfies the soul. It's worth a try if you're in the Fremont district.
