  • On top of everything else one must deal with, during a move the attendant behind the counter didn't make the situation any easier. For starters she required the cardholder present. No problem I became present in a car that is leased with my card from this very location. But I'll be damned if she didn't find another reason not to rent me the truck. My license isn't valid, which hasn't been a problem in the past and shouldn't be one now, especially given that I'm renting a car from them, and have had someone else go pay for me several times before. For a person moving this adds nothing but unneeded stress to an already stressful occasion. Definitely won't be going to the Nikki Minaj look alike at this location again(not meant as an insult, she actually looked a bit like Nikki and Nikki is a beautiful woman).
