Wow!!! So my 2015 Chevy with 25,000 miles (still under warranty) isn't starting due to "trailer brake failure" from what the alert says. I call Monday no answer from service. I finally get a hold of them and and try to schedule an appointment I ask for a loaner car they say my car needs to be diagnosed before they give me a loaner car. My car is still under warranty I say, she says your service advisor will have to talk to you I call my service advisor leave a message no call back all day. I get an email mid day saying my appointment is at 1:30 today I never talk to anybody nobody ever said anything to me so of course I didn't go to the appointment working all day I didn't get the email till later in the day, the appointment time passed already. Today I call get my appointment scheduled for tomorrow no loaner car available so now I have to find myself an Uber or a ride from the dealership. They need to get it together over here customer service when buying a vehicle is amazing then when you get the vehicle they don't care about you anymore there's no more convenience or helpful customer service for you it's figured it out on your own sorry!
