Left the store feeling good about the customer service, but once they got our money it has been a nightmare since.
Our delivery was split into two different times (no notification until only partial delivery showed up). We were then told the rest would arrive next day 8am-3pm forcing me to take a vacation day from work. Nothing showed up, so we had to call to find out that they forgot to load our furniture on truck.
To top it all off, when I asked them to just pick up the portion they dropped off so we could just go reorder from a company that would provide us the customer service we deserve, they said they would have to charge us to pick up the partial order they delivered.
