  • I had a new Trane heat pump installed by Chas Roberts in May. Since my old unit was 19 yrs old, I had a lot of questions about how the new one operated. All techs who responded to my calls for service were courteous, professional and patient with my slew of questions. There was sometimes a problem with them arriving at the scheduled appointment time, but,hey, it's June in Phoenix! They're swamped. The unit is performing great and I'm ready for the heat. If you have them put a unit on your flat roof, make sure they install absorbent pads - it really cuts down on the noise and vibration. I recommend them highly!
