  • Not real happy. Apparently when you call your store to make a grooming appointment it goes to a call center who will tell you what you want to hear rather than the truth. Brought our 4 month old puppy for first introduction to grooming. Was told by call center operator that appointment would only take and hour or so. At store... was told 3-4 hours. I chose Petsmart cuz of local to stores and quick shopping while I waited... due to we living in a rural area 20 miles away. Also gave operator specific instructions on grooming desires. .. and nothing was documented as thought. Be causious if you use Petsmart
