We went into Whole Foods to buy some groceries and snacks. First, we order juice from the juice bar. The taste is completely off so we let them know and they offer to fix it. We wait.
They come back and tell us they don't have the ingredients to fix the juice. So I ask for a refund. We can't get a refund there, instead we're sent to the cash registers across the store. We go to the cash registers across the store, we're the fourth people in line. We wait.
We get to the front of the line and I tell the cashier we have a refund. She sends me to another line which has 6 people waiting. I go get in line while my partner is trying to keep our baby from getting fussy. I wait.
I get to the front of the line and the cashier tells me it'll just be a sec and he leaves to help at another cash register. I wait.
He comes back and just looks at me. Mind you, he's been greeting everyone else and asking them how they're doing but not even a "how can I help you?" for me, ok. I tell him I have a return and I hand him the paper the cashier from the juice bar gave me. He asks me for a receipt. I explain I didn't get one and that paper is what the cashier from the juice bar gave me. He looks a bit annoyed and proceeds to give me a refund while not saying a single word.
I think we'll be taking a break from Whole Foods for a good while. Luckily they don't have anything we can't live without.
Please try to do better WF.
