  • I'm very disappointed with the poor customer service and treatment towards some children, yes I said " some". I'm a teacher from a preschool program and I noticed this volunteer had poor communication skills and tolerance towards parents of multiple children. The volunteer was insensitive to children and to the parents. The volunteer even disregarded my co-worker as she attempted to assist in communicating. If you are a parent of more than one child come with extra hands.
