  • I've never experienced such a terrible tax service in my life. I was referred to this company by a friend who said these people knew what they were doing. On February 03, I dropped off my tax paperwork to be filed. I was quoted $50 for the charge and I was told I'd receive a call within a few business days when all the paperwork was ready to be signed. A week went by and I heard nothing. When I called to check the status of my paperwork, the woman who answered the phone said she couldn't find anything with my name on it. She said she'd take my number and call me back. I received a call almost a week later saying my paperwork had been found and that I could go in to sign the documentation and pay for the services. I went in to pay for said services on February 17th and I was told by a woman at the front desk that it would be $100. I politely let her know that I was quoted $50 and she honored that quote. That was nice. I paid for the services and was told they would be mailing out my taxes that day. Mailing. As in paper mail. Had I known sooner that they'd be mailing my taxes, I would've never utilized their services. It's been 3 months and I've still received nothing. I checked my tax processing status with the state and they tell me they've received nothing. I'm so annoyed. I've been calling for the last month only to get an answering machine that doesn't give me an option to leave a voicemail because the voice mailbox is full. Absolutely ridiculous. I'll stick with H&R Block next yet.
