  • Decided to cook a Prime Rib for Christmas Dinner this year, and decided why not support a local small business. When I arrived I was over whelmed by all the MEAT! It's a production going on in this place. The staff was very friendly and guided me on my purchase. Whoever was cutting the meat, literally cut a 4 pound slab in one try! Will be coming back again!
