There's probably a reason they only have 2 stars....
Purchased a car detail here to use in advance ($100) because I only had time for the regular wash. Took my car back to get the detail and was told it was by appointment only. I informed the service guy no one ever told me that, it also was not listed on my receipt or ticket that you had to make an appointment. The service worker told me if I added a polish then he could get me in immediately. So wait, you can't get me in even tho I PREPAID $100, but if I add a service to upgrade then you can? SHADY and annoying AF. I asked if I bought the detailing right now could they get me in now and the guy said yes. WHAT?! Again, annoying. Then he told me that my $100 pays for the labor to do my car, and if I just use my ticket (that I paid $100 for a month ago) that they wouldn't have money for the labor. Well that doesn't make sense considering you made $100 and I did not get my car detailed that day. He said they had 4 cars that were getting detailed and theirs takes priority over mine because they just all purchased theirs.
I asked to talk to the manager who then came over from the next car and told me that no he couldn't honor it right now but he could give me a free wash and schedule me for a day to get detailed. He explained he had six other cars (wait, the other guy said 4) that were getting detailed and mine wouldn't be done until 6p if I wanted it today (it was 11am). It was nice they offered the free wash but it was frustrating that there is nothing written that states that is their policy.
