**EDIT 10/18/2012: I'm amending this review to note that our issues were primarily due to the office staff and certain billing/business/insurance claim practices rather than with dental staff (e.g., refusing to give us an itemized bill at time of service after already taking our payment and charging for x-rays that were never taken). I will note that my husband and I had positive interactions with the dentists, dental assistants, and hygienists, and I was happy with the actual dental work performed on me. I will also note that they left me a voicemail regarding this review asking me to call back. I was certainly willing to explain my review and returned their call the same day. I asked to speak to the dentist who worked on me and was told he was with a patient. I was then put on hold to talk to the office manager, but was then told that she was also with a patient. I left a message with the other office lady saying that they could reach me at the same phone number when they were available. It's now two weeks later, and no one has contacted me.

Thought they were great at first, then got a bad taste in our mouths. Had many issues, but the bottom line is that we felt that they were more interested in their own bottom line rather than what's in their patients' best interest. We were happy to move on to a new dental office.
