  • Needed a tenant's broken washing machine diagnosed while out of the country- eek! I was not able to provide as much info or be as helpful as I would have in normal circumstances, however with hardly any useful info from me, Urban Appliance Repair took it upon themselves to reach out and coordinate directly with our tenant, arriving within hours that same day. Problem was quickly diagnosed & fully explained to help us avoid the same fate in the future. Great communication & will be using again the next time one of our tenants appliances goes haywire. Thank you Ilya!
