  • I had a great experience with the check up and the doctor is great, but they failed to mention hidden fees and wasted my time. They told me to drop something off (because I was supposed to bring it in the first place) and they ended up charging me for it. I wouldn't have minded paying that fee but the fact they didn't tell me is ridiculous. Let's go back to them not telling me to bring it for my initial apt. Would it have been free if I brought it then? Who knows. Horrible communication. And I will defiantly not be coming back.
