  • Wow!!! I wish I had control over who my home warranty company sends me!! Looks like we all ended up with the same so called rude, JERK from ABM Russian guy with no personality. He came into my home proceeded to tell me there is nothing wrong with my dishwasher after pushing one button. I knew it was running at the time he came but, I also knew there was a error code, broken hose! Heavy light blinking See, I had another service company come out and at the time the light was blinking. I told this Peter guy this. I told him the previous repair guy couldn't get the dishwasher out to check it and that there is a leak. He proceeded to tell me there is no leak. Sometimes the boards just need to be reset. He ran the dishwasher real quick, asked me if water was ever on the floor. He just kept telling me it's running , and looking at me like what do you want me to do??? Pull it out and see if there is a broken hose, I was thinking ! But when I told him that the fist guy said you can't get the dishwasher out he agreed with it. I guess I looked like I wanted more done. Because he got down on the floor and took the panel off and looked around with his flashlight , mumbling something? Probably just for my benefit. Oh, I forgot he googled something on the dishwasher about the error code. He then grabbed his pad filled out the information. Told me I had 30 days if anything went wrong and left. I have never felt so ripped off. I have paid fir service calls before where nothing has happened. There was just something about this one that made me feel like he took my money! Now comes the best part, I run my dishwasher. It runs once seemed to work. Second day, ERROR CODE! Dishwasher won't work again . I called my home warranty company Old Republic and gave them a earful. Told them I read and write reviews. Customers are naming them along with this ABM company who did get D- on the BBB. I told them they need to get on the sites and read the reviews at least the BBB!! Seriously I am thinking about changing warranty companies.
