  • My hubby and I called Water Heater Paramedics on a Monday and we were able to get them to come to our house at the earliest time we had available (next day). The plumber called ahead to confirm the time of his arrival and arrived on time. In 30 minutes, the job was done. He was careful to turn off the gas throughout the house and relit the pilot light on the water heater before leaving. At our request, he carefully executed the work so the cap was visible and accessible in the wall, should we ever decide to go back to a gas range. He volunteered to move the electric range into the empty spot where the gas range had been, handling it carefully and moving the gas range to a dolly for us. He was efficient, careful about his work, and professional. We will definitely call them the next time we need help with plumbing or water heaters.
