  • I was overwhelmed with debt and was strongly considering bankruptcy. Upon doing my research I came across Clear Counsel Law Group and scheduled a free consultation. I met with Matthew McArthur and he walked me through my options. He explained everything that was involved in filing bankruptcy and also walked me through my payment options. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they had payment options and I wouldn't have to come up with all of the money up front. I thought that was great and everyone at the office was always super friendly so I decided that Clear Counsel was right for me. It wasn't until my bankruptcy hearing at the courthouse that I learned the value of hiring Clear Counsel law group. I was surprised at how many people attorneys didn't file that proper or complete paperwork or the trustee needed more information, many people were rescheduled to come back. It was a nerve racking experience as I just really want to put this chapter behind me as soon as possible. I was pleasantly surprised that when I went in front of the Trustee everything was exactly as it should be and the questions were routine and in line with what Matthew was telling me to expect, my hearing lasted approximately 5 minutes.
