Have been a customer os the Kroger Company for over 60 years....just walked out of one of their stores frustrated for the first time in my 60 years. I went in to take advantage of some AMAZING sale prices on some items. I discovered these item required a "digital" coupon. I stood and tried for at least 5 minutes if not more to " create an account" with no luck. Went to customer service where the young lady said they have no way to do that for me....I understand they want to market via email to me just wish this long time customer could have taken advantage of the prices given to more tech savvy people than myself....sad day will have to reconsider this relationship....off to Smart and Final no games, cards, or gimmicks to deal with
