rev:text	I am choosing my words carefully, as his expertise is unquestionable. I had an arthroscopic knee procedure, which was done well. I had done extensive research to find the best knee surgeon, checking also with top-notch PT'S. I have no criticisms at all, regarding Dr. Brennan's surgical skill. and in-office follow up care. Unlike other reviewers, I found his staff to be extraordinary. Front desk was efficient, surgical coordinator, Erika was outstanding, Dr. Brennan's PA, Tiffany, was fabulous, and the surgi-center was first-rate. I was not looking for a best friend in a surgeon, just a compassionate, responsive doctor, after I had a bad reaction to pain medication and then needed an antibiotic for a UTI. I telephoned him after hours, and told him my symptoms, and asked if he would call in a prescription. He curtly told me to call my GP. When I explained my GP didn't have after hour coverage, he was dismissive and reiterated he could not help me. When I went in to have the stitches removed by the PA and then saw Dr. Brennan again, he went over everything involving the surgery. He was arrogant; letting me know in no uncertain terms how he'd done the correct thing, and that my side effect only had happened in a small number of people. And his point would be?? His point was simply to be right. I had told him the side effect was in the literature, and I can only surmise that a knowledgeable patient is not to his liking. Anyway, he's a great surgeon. I would not count on this man to be anything but robotic to any concerns you may have after the surgery.
