  • Well triple negative. I have talked with AAA on the phone and filled out surveys which truly prove they do not care at all. $600 to me is a big deal! My disappointment is the tow service is wonderful my parents had it and them I have it along with my family which I find invaliable, but not to stand up and admit there is a problem and refund the money is unacceptable.
