  • Terrible institution. I deposited two cashier checks -- one from Wells Fargo and another from Northern Trust (both checks easily verifiable) and this place held both almost two weeks. I have NEVER once made one withdrawal from any of my accounts at this bank -- essentially all I have ever done is deposits and auto withdrawals for my auto payment I had with them. Yet, they still thought I must have been a criminal -- even with substantial funds (tens of thousands) on deposit at the bank. Tells you they can't make rational decisions. I thought Wells Fargo was bad, but this one takes the cake. This was a second bank to me that I was planning to make my primary. Thankfully that never happened. This is about the organization, I am not writing about one specific location. I have only gone to the downtown location. Terrible. Avoid this place.
