  • Extremely disappointed with this location! I set up a car rental for a specific vehicle (large van) with this Ahwatukee branch a few months ahead of time. A week before my rental I got an email from the manager saying they couldn't rent me a van. Now I have a group of people going on a trip next week and no van to take them in. They just cancelled my reservation at the last minute and said "sorry". This is very very bad customer service and no way to do business.
