Went in to purchase some sunglasses and had purchased a pair that i later found to not be what i thought i purchased ( long story short wrong brand and the associate and i had been under the impression it was something else). I contacted the manager and he was very understanding, especially since they don't take returns on sunglasses. I went back to the store and the Manager and an associate were so helpful and allowed me to exchange the sunglasses, i had purchased earlier that day. Everything was very pleasant, that is until the manager left and the associate proceeded to process the return and try to give me my money back. He called over another manager, "Betty" not the best attitude. From the moment she came over she started telling me and the associate that they don't do returns on sunglasses and never once made eye contact with me. I could never tell if she was talking to me or the associate when she was complaining about the return. She seemed all the whole process was an inconvenience, the manager had told me over the phone that he would explain the situation to both of his managers so they would be on the same page. Why all the questions and having a hard time doing the transaction if it was explained to you already???? If you need help from a manager speak to Roy or any other manager on duty except betty.
