  • I would've given this place a 5 until today. The doctor was supposed to call in a much needed prescription, however someone at the office called in the wrong medication and in addition, it was called in to the wrong pharmacy. I had been calling ALL DAY to get this taken care of and was promised that I would get a call back - NO ONE EVER CALLED! Complete disregard for patient needs and pure NEGLECT!!!! I am so disappointed in this place. Patient concerns should not be taken lightly nor should they ever be ignored.
