At one time, this was a really good company, but like so many companies in our country, greed sets in and they lose their way. This company is a perfect example best to worst....So they do this security upgrade to protect email from SPAM, but take zero into consideration as to the ramifications this upgrade has caused. They have rendered my email useless, that is vital to running my business. They think that apologies from their Customer Service and Tech support people fix the problem. It does not. You have shut my business down and could care less! I spent a total of 8-10 hours on the phone with these people over a 4 day period, and they could not solve the problem they caused. They refuse to allow third party servers on the residential accounts, which is ridiculous and would solve many people's problems. I have been a 23 year customer of Cox with a perfect paying history. Welcome to America folks. First corporate America has figured out how to rid themselves of employees working there too long, now they are doing the same to their customers!
