  • I had the carpet cleaning done a couple of weeks back and was impressed with it. Kip (the owner and operator) was communicative when he was delayed and was informative about the cleaning operation. He gave me the options (like pet treatment in my case) and gave me a flat rate for the whole cleaning. The pre-treatment was included and he even moved the furniture himself when he needed to reach some corner. He was honest about telling me that I didn't need teflon treatment since I have tiles in high traffic area. In fact, I didn't have to mention a single thing to him as he handled everything professionally and indeed went above and beyond the expected cleaning. I will definitely try him in future and will recommend him for carpet cleaning.
