  • I would never normally leave a review for a chain restaurant but what I experienced was ridiculous. I came here last Sunday to get a Venti Iced Green Tea Latte. Simple enough. I waited patiently for ten minutes as they were busy. However they should be accustomed to that. After I noticed people who came in after me got their drinks I asked one of the baristas about mine. He asked what my drink was and didn't really do anything. Another barista piped up and said they were trying to find a lid for it? I waited a few minutes more and finally just asked for my money back. When I got to the register to get my money, the "lid barista" put a GRANDE Green Tea on the counter. A good 15 minutes of my time wasted. I was glad to see this location pop up as it is right around the corner from me. I will probably just go to one on Rainbow from now on.
