  • Some of the rudest service, or lack thereof, I've ever encountered. On one occasion, the owner and family were in the middle of a conversation. I waited patiently hoping that one of them would ask me how they could help me. Instead, an elderly man asked me if he could get me a chair as if I was just standing there to eavesdrop. Giving the store a second chance, I attempted to ship something internationally. After berating the brown paper wrapping I had placed on the package, she indicated she couldn't ship it as is. I took it the USPS, the official mail guys, and not a problem. And yes, I live in TX, however I previously lived across the street from this location. Absolutely miss Scottsdale, but definitely not this business.
