  • FAILS!! Continued for 2 years, till problem and remedy was still ours. Guarantee does not apply to renters who mistakenly believed the alleged 'guarantee' Landlord received was valid, wherein we moved after failed treatment attempt, problem had moved After treatment from apartment to another, even building to the next. When problem spreads to other buildings after treating over 10 units - obviously, treatment fails. Employees were very kind and helpful, truly wanted to help bug victims. Site forced 1 star, treatment deserves -100 for-100% FAIL.
