  • This is the mother of Jo-Ann's that I have been to in the valley. Just your standard Jo-Ann times two. I went here this morning to help the boy pick out a frame and was annoyed that I had forgotten my teacher discount card (15% off of all purchases with a teacher ID). The cashier was kind enough to have faith that I was telling the truth and gave it to me, anyway. Normally I wouldn't review a Jo-Ann but I was quite pleased with this customer service and decided to note the awesomeness publicly. Pat on the back, random Jo-Ann employee!
