I'm not really sure what I expected, but it's more like a convenience store with a yogurt station, that also serves fajitas and crepes. The counter looked a little sloppy, but I stick it out despite my hesitations.
I opted for a milkshake combination and the ordering was also confusing. The guy behind the counter wasn't sure where the flavor menu was and then when he found it he walked away saying he wasn't sure how to make any of the stuff and sent over someone a little more knowledgeable.
She quickly made our drinks and the wait wasn't too long. They don't really have a system to greet customers and the people behind us didn't really know what to do in the limited space at the counter, so they just sat on the sofas without being greeted or told they would be helped next.
The drinks were really melty and not a great consistency but I did enjoy the flavor quite a bit. I just couldn't get past the consistency.
This place has a bit of an identity crisis, so they can't really seem to do anything really well. I'll stick with other frozen yogurt places.
