Bought a Groupon here recently. Called the business to arrange a time for myself and daughter to ride horses. Was told to email them . I emailed them and was told they are booked and have been for several weeks. I asked an alternate day/time I could come . Never responded. I wrote back again.... I was very polite ....asking again if they could pick a time or date...I could come ride horses with my kid. Again never responded! I understand if you are booked, but you can't have the COURTESY to write back and figure out together a time when I can come ? I mean my Groupon expires in August. Are you saying you are booked until August. Unprofessional to say the least . I contacted Groupon to tell them I want my money back and how unprofessional they are
