| - Even though I still have 4-days of Vegas places to review, I -had- to review this first.
So my mister and me came here tonight for dinner. We live pretty close so we always see this when we're running errands. Tonight was the night we were gonna eat eat eat!
Since the place was so busy, service, of course, was lacking. The menu itself was odd. Siu mai and tempura, Chinese and Japanese flair, at a Korean restaurant? How odd.
Anyways, we ended up getting Jap-chae, Bulgogi with mushrooms, and pork belly. As I sit here now at 3:49am eating leftover jap-chae, one conclusion comes to mind: Eh, I've had better. Here's the breakdown:
Jap-chae: Standard, saucy, and oily! I'm not talking about a little oil. I'm Asian. Such things don't bother me. But there is A LOT of oil. It's kind of a put off since I ordered a noodle dish and not a box full of oil.
Bulgogi with mushroom: Very flavorful, juicy, and yummy. They give you three types of mushrooms. With such a signature Korean dish, I doubt they could mess it up.
Pork Belly: It came to our table frozen and was the most disappointed with this dish. It ended up being super tough!
Overall, I don't think we'd be coming back. The waitresses were really nice though so don't be frightened away!
