This place was terrible. The place is a maze and the maintenance was pretty lacking. Shocking given the cost of this place. Given that it was 107 degrees, it's awful that you have to walk outside so much just to get anywhere. The restaurants are terrible and way overpriced ($9 for a pitcher of iced tea). The staff are either apathetic or rude and hugely unhelpful. My air conditioner in my room leaked and I had to avoid the wet spot in my doorway. And to cap it all off, they have a fire alarm just outside your bathroom so if you enjoy taking hot showers, the fire alarm goes off due to the steam. The staff's response: yeah, that happens. No advice, no sympathy. Nothing. If this was a $50 a night motel, I wouldn't bother complaining but this place is too expensive to be this terrible.
