  • First time here and I really enjoyed my time. The bartender in the lobby (I really wish I remembered his name. He was working Feb. 17 around 5:30pm) was awesome--great in making conversation and overall super friendly. I had the Island Girl drink (two of them actually) and it was so delicious. As for my room, it was modernly decorated and clean. It had a fridge, washer and dryer, water (for a charge), and other typical toiletries you'd find at a hotel. I also love that it was very spacious with a long hallway inside. The location of the hotel is perfect! Literally right across the street from Eatons, Massey Hall, Frans, etc., and in very close proximity to St. Mikes, Dundas and Queen stations, the movie theatre, Dundas Sq., and other useful places. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and the service (especially the bartender) and would consider this hotel as an option for future stays downtown.
