  • AVOID Virgin America!!! This was by far the worst flying experience of my life and I consider myself a pretty frequent flyer. I was refused help and when I asked to speak with a supervisor I was directed to Andre Lara, who was the supervisor in charge. I was told that there is no one who could help me and that I could file a complaint with their help desk if I wanted. He refused to provide me with any further information and would not let me speak to his supervisor. I didn't realize this was the business model for Virgin Airlines. Again, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
