  • If you actually want your furniture, probably best you avoid going here. They will take your money, promise you a delivery, and fail to deliver. I spent an hour at this location with one of there service reps picking out all of my furniture for a special event I was hosting at my home. I was told part of the furniture would come Sunday, and the rest would arrive the following Thursday. The following Thursday is here, and nothing has arrived at my home. I just called the store, and was told that I had a delivery service date of MARCH 24TH! That is over a month from when I was promised!!! I explained that this was unacceptable for a number of reasons, but most importantly I had already paid and had an event to host! I asked them to check the date that was given to me, and they confirmed it should have been delivered by today, but now today is already booked. This is the most ridiculous, unacceptable, and outright wrong customer service I have ever experienced in my LIFE! And now I am forced to tell 50 people that my event has been cancelled. I am embarrassed . I am upset. and I will NEVER recommend anyone to this awful company, ever. Please stay away from them. thieves.
