  • Lisa Abbott at auto nation VW is an amazing representative of top notch customer services. She was happy, friendly, attentive and really appears to love what she does!!! I don't think there is enough words to express my gratitude for her. She went out of her way to make sure that a part my car needed was going to be able to get replaced yesterday. She looked up my maintenance record and called me while my car was there to see if I wanted to wait another two months or get my oil change while my car was there. She was knowledgeable about cars, and repairs. Honestly I don't ever think I have had better customer service in my life. She needs a raise and recognition as an outstanding example of an amazing employee!!! I will always go the auto nation VW and will send all my friends there!!!
