I'm an idiot when it comes to pho. I really don't know the difference between one place or another. Broth, noodles, and meat. Got it. So this review isn't the most informative in terms of the taste of the pho. I ordered the Special Annie Pho. It was tasty, as is the pho at most places. The portion size was solid for the price.
I will say the service was excellent. It was a packed house on a Friday night and the food came out quickly. I went here with my aunt, uncle and cousin from out of town and they wanted to take typical Filipino family vacation group photos with their food. It would've been easy for the servers to shrug us off because it's a packed house, but they were accommodating and took some pictures for us on my cousin's iPad.
Another superficial perk is that they have a TV on the back wall playing the ESPN NBA game of the night. While they could've been playing some Vietnamese movie or blasting Vietnamese pop music (both of which do me no good), they instead play my favorite sport. Steph Curry from way downtown.... BANG!!
