  • I'm going to keep this one short due to time restrictions at the moment. Please please don't ever buy a car from this particular dealership. I've bought 5 cars there over the past 20 years and had little issues until my most recent purchase on Jan 1st. I've been lied to and drug through the mud. In a short version I've bought the car twice and been financed by two separate banks. Fudged numbers on contract and was told it's all to make the deal happen as long as the payment was good it's all good (really). A month later and they still haven't paid off my trade. Now that payment is due. So they have stuck me with two payments. I've contacted them only to be told over n over it's in the works (scandalous). I'm meeting today with a local media channel to give them my story which they might run with. I have everything documented and can prove all of it. All they had to do was sell me a car, payoff my trade and I move on but no they have treated me horribly and I most certainly will never buy there again. I don't even want to get it serviced there when the time comes but I guess I'll have no choice. Very very disappointed!!!! On today's date I was contacted by customer service and finally was treated with respect as a customer and felt she wanted to fix my issues that obviously she had no idea about or had any control over. Some headway was made and hopefully what we talked about today actually comes to fruition because so far I've been lied to and told things just to shut me up for a few days. I've never taken anything this far as far as writing negative reviews but this circumstance needed to be addressed. Anyway I'm going to give the customer service representative a chance to fix the wrongs and I have no issues praising if they do in fact assist and fix everything. Time will tell.
