How they treat their animals is deplorable. They have about 40 monkeys in their small animal back room. Just terrible. In tiny dirty little cages with little to no toys. They told me they switch the groups out but they do not. Just terrible. They will sell you their monkeys if you want to pay thousands of dollars. They do not give the animals their most basic of needs. Their staff does not work and to get service you have to ask them several times. Their management only cares about money and not about the animals welfare. They do no training with any of the staff. I was told by a staff member that when an animal is sick they do not take it to the vet. They whack the animal in a bag. I have been there several times over the years and it's the same thing. They used to have better, more knowledgeable staff.
The reptile department is in good shape.
The fish department looks good.
The rescue cats need to be cleaned more often, and their birds and fuzzies need more care and attention.
