  • The San Tan Ulta is not terribly far for me, but I have a few that are closer. I happened to be in the area on Wednesday and stopped in to see what NYX SMLC they had in stock. To my surprise, it was fuller than most- however the colors I was interested in were ALL opened. None labeled as testers. What? I took the lip colors of my interest to the counter, since there were no assistants nearby, and asked if they had a backstock. She explained what they had on the floor is all they have but assured me that Thursday they would replenish the stock and I should check back in... which I did. When I returned, sadly none of the colors were restocked. Were the days mixed up or... ? Its really hard to tell. They selections of products throughout the store is much messier than others I have visited. I picked out a few other items and while in line I pulled up their current coupon on my phone from their website. The cashier told me she would not accept it. I looked at my phone again and the dates were valid. I had to ask her again to please look at the coupon and after a few minutes of going back and forth she said "Oh, yes I can take this!" :/ Why would you not have been able to? I just didn't feel them go above and beyond here. I won't be back.
