  • Stopped in with a friend so she could purchase a favorite ejuice using a reward from her Five Star Reward program. The staff member (turned out to be the owner) refused to honor the reward as is read ... Instead imposing additional requirements (more money spent) then the reward stated. When he was shown the offer (25% off not including spray paints) he was incredibly rude verbally and offensive in manner and attitude. The customer service in this establishment is nonexistent and with so much competition in the vicinity, your money is much better spent elsewhere.
