  • These people are incredible! YOU MUST USE SUN COUNTRY!!!! I had both of my AC units go out in the crazy heat of the summer and my home was nearing 100 degrees inside! I called many companies and nobody could see me sooner than a week out. A good friend of mine referred me to Sun Country. I called and 40 minutes later they were at my home!!!!!! 20 minutes after that, the technician had 1 AC unit back up and running! He went straight to the unit and immediately diagnosed the issues and swapped a part, and we were back in business! Great customer service. I had a second company come out to see diagnose the 2nd unit and it was a totally different experience. I will ALWAYS use Sun Country.
