  • Hands down the worst manicure I've had in the 25 years I've been getting my nails done. At just under a week since my gel manicure, I have 5 chips nails and my natural nail has broken in the chipped areas as well. The nail tech repetitively attempted to use the drill (full metal bit, no file cover) on my natural nail, despite my requests for her to not do that. I understand it is faster than a nail file but it compromises the integrity of my nail and should never be used on a natural nail. They don't adhere to state board standards of cleanliness either. None of the tools that were used on me were fresh from the sanitizing fluid, nor were they sanitized after they were used on me.
