  • What they did they did well. However, they didn't do what was arranged for. Called on a Thursday for an emergency move due broken plumbing. When I called I explained to them that nothing was packed or organized and that we had rented a storage room nearby. They said they had availability the very next day. It would be an $85 initial trip charge and $85 per hour for two guys and the truck, no gas charge, no charge for multiple runs to the storage unit if necessary. Given the short time frame I felt the rate was reasonable. Friday morning they showed on time, however they simply refused to pack anything. They complained that things were too disorderly and nothing was prepped. No kidding, "emergency move" this was explained to the scheduler and I was assured this wasn't an issue. Since we had them there we made the best of the situation and had them move nearly all the furniture. STILL had to deal with the truculent attitude of the movers complaining about the unpacked stuff they were refusing to move. Would not recommend or use again due to attitude and simple refusal to work as contracted.
