  • I entered the store and no one greeted me for at least 10mins. When I was finally greeted, she asked me had I been helped and I told her no I was here for 10 mins. She said O and kept walking. I don't like peeps to hound me but at least greet me! They are desperate for sales(commission only) so they only greet people who look like they are ready to spend but little did they know, my hubby gave me a $3k budget but looks like they won't get that commission. Before leaving I said excuse me to a sales person x2 and she ignored me. Only after the 3rd time did she say hold on, she has to greet someone else. I told her we weren't greeted after 10mins and she said O. So here I am writing yet another bad review. I'm starting to think that my hometown of Cleveland only employs rude mofos, customer service sucks!!'
