I have to agree with most of the other comments. The people there are polite, but the are also not good serving customers. I signed my puppy up for coverage, and i was led to believe that medications would be covered. I found out later that prescriptions were not covered in my plan, and that i had to sign up for a separate prescription plan, but as my dog now has preexisting conditions none of them would be covered. When I asked why this was never explained to my when i called to sign up and why i was never even presented with the option to sign up for the prescription plan (which given i asked for their most complete plan would have made sense) they said it was my fault. In summary they are a horrible company that takes advantage of their customers!
